Web Site Design
Custom Website Design
Our design team can provide your business with a custom website design appropriate for only you, your business or organization at an affordable cost that is within your budget. Each web site is designed to be unique, the way you want, with a look that is appropriate for your target audience. By choosing a custom web site you are differentiating yourself from your competition. Which we think will be a competitive advantage as you grown your business! Furthermore, custom web sites are much easier to optimize if you wish to market your site in the future.
Before deciding upon a web design company it is important to answer a couple questions. Firstly, you must decide what is the purpose of your site. Will your site be am electronic company brochure or a lead generation website? A brochure site is simply a site that exists to give the owner a sense of professionalism and identity. The owner wants to be able to say "Yes I have a site!". The lead generation website is a marketing tool that helps you to grow and expand your business. Both types of websites have
their place, but in order to help you design the site to meet your objectives, we must start with that in mind.

Keeping your site up-to-date allows your customers to know all about your products and services, as well as learn about what other customers think about you. You can think of it as your electronic business card. Here are some things to consider making a change or update for:
- New product or service being added
- Pricing changes
- A product or service being dropped from your offering
- Providing answers to frequently asked questions
- Policy changes or updates
- Press releases and business news
- Personnel changes and information
- Newsletters or industry trends
- Seasonal messages
- Special promotions
Because every web site does not need constant changes, we do not charge a monthly or flat fee for changes. Some Tips To Consider...
We have gotten several questions and suggestions from clients on the most effective way to request design updates. We wanted to share with you our Top 5 best practices:
- Proof your work and do spell check - We post what you send us! So it is important that you are pleased with the copy. Spell check does not catch all errors so we would suggest that you have two people read the copy before sending it to us.
- Provide details on the changes that you want - The more information you provide, the better chance of success we will have! An example of easy to understand instructions are: Revise the copy on the "My Products" page with this updated information and add the image of file named "widget". We would like to highlight this new product with a red starburst on the top right corner of the page that says "New".
- For photos, use descriptive file names - As an example, we work with many design firms so files named "bedroombefore" and "bedroomafter" make it easy for all of us to properly place your pictures on the web site.
- Provide routine updates - You should expect your web site to evolve as your business evolves. Some of our most successful clients look to make at least monthly changes to keep their sites fresh. If you do not have a new product, consider adding a season message or a customer testimonial.
