At PAS Software, our aim is to complete customer update requests quickly and accurately. These are some tips that might help expedite the completion of an updated request for both web designer and customer. • Updates should be emailed to support@passoftware.com.
• Updates include adding/ changing text, adding links, and adding/ removing photos.
• Depending on work volume, the average turn around time for an update will be 3 business days.
• Update tickets are $25/hour per ticket.
• We understand that it can be difficult to fit all changes into one email. As we work, we look at an update request as a ticket. If you need to spread your update requests into separate emails, you must have them all submitted within one hour to be considered one ticket.
• If you are hosted with a different company, please remember to include your FTP Login.
• If adding a new page, please include Key words you would like Search Engines to Read when scanning this page (We do not automatically add/change meta tag keywords on a page, you must request these changes).

• In the email subject line, please state your First Name, Last Name, and Website.

Text Updates can be sent in word doc or email form. If you are sending content in any other form please consult the web designer at 214-432-0693 and ask for the Update Department.

• Be as DETAILED in your update as possible to help us understand faster what you are looking for.
• Use quotation marks ("") to separate your instructions form the content to be updated.

Picture updates are easy but time consuming. These are some tips that will get you the most out of your update hour.

• Send a limit of 4 Image file per email.
• Rename Image files with descriptive names. This also help with Search Engine Optimization. For example, instead of "D32803458.jpg" use "Staging-Kitchen-Before.jpg".
• Be as detailed as possible when explaining where the images go.
