• All design layouts and page formats are come as you see and will not be changed for this special Ready Made Site Program Price. The only elements that can be changed are the logo, color, fonts and photos used in the design. Any other changes will be billed accordingly.
• You can choose new stock photos at no cost from our stock photos on file.
• You will be responsible for emailing us all of your text information in a Word file. Once your information has been received your updates will be live within seven business days.
• Price of each site is $450.00 which is payable when you order the site and is non-refundable. It is $55/hr for us to add your content to the site and customize any changes you would like to make to the site.
• Managed Hosting fees which includes Hosting, Email, Google Analytics and Search Engine Submission and Optimization is $27.45 per month (maintenance to website will be billed at $25.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
• Website must be hosted with us for a minimum of year from the "Go Live" date of the site, and early termination fee of $150 applies to cancel before the end of the 1st year.
• Additional pages and work can be done at $55.00 per hour and will be billed for work done on a monthly basis or right before your website goes live.
