Our servers are monitored and maintained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in a secure facility in Dallas, Texas and have a 99% uptime rate. Our web hosting and maintenance plans differ from many other companies since we only provide hosting to our design customers so that we can offer them our full service unique packages. We currently have one major web hosting account plan for our servers. Our standard account is more than sufficient for most small to medium sized websites.
